Farhan holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, staying active in the community, and being a husband and father.
